C9300X-12Y-M CLI for Troubleshooting

One the the Catalyst switches C9300X-12Y-M that is fully managed on the dashboard is showing offline and I am troubleshooting.

I am aware I can plug a cable into the back and navigate to basic Web interface however can I get CLI access to the switch to see any logs etc as to why the switch is unable to connect to the dashboard

This will, I'm sure, be a really useful tool to many, but wouldn't apply in this circumstance, where the switch is fully Meraki Cloud managed (-M) but offline to the Dashboard.    If running in monitor mode (now called Hybrid) full console access would be available locally.

There is an issue raised at meraki about that Catalyst appearing offline in the dashboard.

That's probably what you are facing currently
