Did you plug into the MGMT port directly to the ISP modem? I'm having the exact same issue where the Reset pinhole process doesn't work.

That's a default security measure so when folks bring up a Meraki AP for the first time they don't accidentally have an open SSID that is bridging to their internal network.

Hi all, just an update this was resolved by changing DNS away from cloudflare to cisco dns and also blocking traffic to/from cloudflare via a firewall rule. Just in case anyone ever runs into this.

That version is a CS upgrade from the Meraki dashboard. I'd try that first. If it doesn't work then you could try the IOS-XE version, but that isn't fully stable yet.

The fact that the clients went to "critical VLAN" indicate they may fail the authentication or fail to reach the Radius servers. It seems the clients were unable to recover when the Radius servers come back, may want to try to enable the Radius server monitoring function to see if this can help the switch bouncing the port and trigger the reauthentication for the clients again.

I'm hoping this will open the door to finally having simple features like LACP and STP on LAN ports?;p Dunno if this will also impact the firewalling possibilities when they do decide to so routed mode.
