Your client is wanting to use a Meraki MX device with a 4G uplink, correct? Meraki provides some documentation around compatible USB Modems included with their general Cellular Failover information.

Assuming a "small" sized hot spot, first get your self an Internet gateway.  I like the MX65 in particular because it has two PoE ports which can be used to power up to two access points.  It comes with two licence options.  Get the Advanced Security licence.  Also note that the 5 year licences tend to be the best value.

Next get yourself 1 or 2 access points.  I like using MR33's for guest WiFi.

My concern is with mx firewalls how am i going to reach the WAN, internet for example.

Please give me a detailed expanationon how i will achieve that.

@cisco_Meraki, you need to get a 4g modem setup through a provider if you plan on using a 4g connection as your uplink. I provided links to compatible USB modems above, but I think you may have better luck if you can get one that has ethernet connectivity for the MX appliance. I think it would simplify the setup, remove compatibility issues, and allow you to have better interchangeability if needing to physically move your network.
