Cisco C9200 switch. Original switch was C9200CX, original port configuration: interface GigabitEthernet1/0/4 description Temp Meraki AP switchport access vlan 140 switchport trunk allowed vlan 40,140 switchport mode trunk switchport nonegotiate New switch, C9200 switch port configuration: interface GigabitEthernet1/0/27 switchport access vlan 140 switchport trunk allowed vlan 40,140 switchport mode trunk switchport nonegotiate Management VLAN is 140, SSID VLAN is 40. Trunks are configured the same with both VLANs allowed on trunks. Meraki AP MR36 is set to static IP. Both switches can ping the management gateway which is also set on the Meraki AP.
