can we stack ms355-48x2 with c9300x-48hx-m

No, you cannot add an MS and a Catalyst switch to the same physical stack
Only like-models can be stacked. For example, MS350-48 and MS350-24X can be stacked, but MS250-48 cannot be stacked with a MS350-48. The only exception is that MS210 and MS225 models can be members of the same stack.

You could daisy chain the switches together to form a physical stack of switches using their SFP+ uplink ports. But you couldt stack them in the traditional sense using their stacking ports nor add them as a stack in the dashboard.
