Route priority of IPSEC tunnels with same local networks

If we have two Merakis with same local network and both of them are part of AutoVPN mesh. How do the other devices decide to which hub do they need to send traffic.

You cant set the same subnet-vlan from spokes in vpn.

If it are identical learned routes then the spoke chooses  the first selected hub

If it chooses the first selected hub and if that hub goes down, will the traffic switch to the other hub?

If the route is also learned and advertised at the hub2  then yes.
