Hello, I work for a VAR and we have had multiple instances where customers are not getting webinar information after registering. Anyone know why? What is the best thing for me to do in this situation? I really hate bugging my Meraki reps over webinar invites... Thanks!!
Hey there! Unfortunately, our registration emails can get caught up in spam folders. My first recommendation would be to check you spam folder to see if our email was routed there. The next step would be to whitelist meraki.com and meraki.net to ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox.
If your customers continue to have trouble receiving our emails, please have them email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can help them troubleshoot on a case-by-case basis!
