Hello

Why is one of my devices not showing up in the DEP screen of the Systems Manager? It shows in the Devices page but not in the DEP.

Do you see the device in the actual Apple DEP site?

actually it shows that it is released, wow. I wonder how that happened? Also in the device screen in Meraki it shows as not enrolled in DEP. Does that mean i will have to reenroll in Apple configurator and start over? i hope i can remove its profile so i can start over.

You would have to re-enroll it on DEP if it was released to be shown in Meraki.
