Missing Wireless Settings from Z3 devices

Maybe I'm crazy but I seem to be missing the configuration options for wireless settings for all of my Z3 devices/networks.

Under Teleworker Gateway > configure > wireless settings

I only have RADIUS accounting options, power/country settings, and channel settings. Nothing for the actual SSIDs. Oddly enough I still have connected devices in the SSIDs that I should be seeing, and they respond. Nothing was moved to another location and according to documentation I'm in the right place. It's looks like half the page is just gone. I tried different browsers and computers just to make sure it follows, and it does. I opened a ticket on it, just strange.

Hello @Zimeroski and @SilverTech

I second @alemabrahao's response above. This is something that needs to be addressed on the backend by Meraki support. There is an unexpected behavior that our development teams are investigating where MX/Z wireless settings disappear when subscription licensing is in use. You will need to provide your Meraki support passcode to have the backend change applied to the Organization, but the change will not affect the Organization in any other way except to cause the wireless settings to appear again.

If needed, you can find your daily support passcode using this guide:

Hi @Zimeroski , are the devices tied to a template hence the lack of options?

I'm not an employee of Cisco/Meraki. My posts are based on Meraki best practice and what has worked for me in the field.

I'm not using a template. This is what I see:

Everything works like is should, just options are missing from the page display. I put a ticket in for it yesterday so I should hear on it soon.

I believe that in your case the best thing to do is to get it checked by Meraki support.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

We are seeing the same thing on our MX67W and we are running firmware 18.211.5.2.

It turned out to be a UI issue that Meraki was able to fix on the backend.
