SM Legacy

Hi Team

We have been using the free SM for managing our schools' 400 MDM devices.

Recently, we started the trial for SM-Enterprise to test out some new features. 


May I ask will we be able to revert back to the free SM once the trial ends?

I would definitely verify and get the final word from support or your Cisco Meraki Sales rep, but take a look at the documentation around Trial Licensing and Legacy SM accounts. Looks like it might depend on how the trial was initiated and if it truly Upgraded your account to Enterprise SM.
