Hi @Chrisgw , that is a good point. Likely, most modern IdPs offer methods to dynamically discover changes in the user base, for instance through webhooks and APIs like Microsoft Graph’s "delta" API. In our solution, when a user is deleted from the IdP, their account (or iPSK) is automatically disabled. We also support IdP-based group mapping with most providers (including SAML-based and Shibboleth systems) to assign the correct group policies for different groups. This means that even a change in group membership on the IdP can automatically trigger the termination of WiFi services if needed. In some cases, we've been asked to publish onboarding pages on an SSID via a captive portal. However, using SSO with Entra on CNA browsers may result in an infinite loop when MFA is active. To address this, we also offer a passwordless onboarding process where: The email is looked up in the IdP. A magic link is sent to the user to confirm ownership. When the user clicks the link, their account is created on the fly, and they gain access to their own iPS. For IdPs that lack back-end APIs (like Shibboleth), we provide built-in options to periodically suspend accounts and require re-authentication. Moreover, while the cloud iPSK supports up to 5,000 iPSKs per network, Easy PSK scales to unlimited users—offering cross-branch roaming, comprehensive logs and reporting, and additional AAA-based policy enforcement — and with no need to onboard devices by providing MAC addresses (... no end user should be required to know what a MAC address is...)

First of all: The new UI looks modern, thats nice. But there are some points which I think could be better and it's primary about the Information at the first view: There is a lot of blank area and I have to scroll much more than the old design. If I enter the AP Summary page I want to see all important Information with one view. The Information on the left (SSIDs, Serial Number, Firmware, IP,...) are in the "wrong" order. I don't need to see the Firmware or Regulatory Info with the first view. The important Info for me and I think many others are: IP Information thats I want to see with the first view. And also here.. the blank gaps between the Infos. Move RADIUS and VLAN request status above Current Clients. The really first thing I want to see is, if all services are working on the Access-Point and if there are like 10 Current Clients I have again to scroll the RADIUS and VLAN request status. Have a nice weekend 🙂

Indoor CW916x APs do not have integrated GPS. However, a GPS is not required for AP Auto Locate! AP Auto Locate works by using RF to accurately measure distances between your APs, and then using that information to determine each AP's relative position to one another. We then ask you to manually place a few "anchor" APs and the rest will automatically position themselves on maps. It works on the following AP models in Meraki mode, and there is no dependency on Cisco Spaces: CW9166, CW9164, CW9162, MR57, MR56, MR36, MR36H, MR78. If you have tried it, I'd like to hear about your experience with the feature!

@Chrisgw it also works with CW9163E and they have built in GPS/GNSS. I tested it out as part of the MR32 beta and it was very good on those models, being within 1-2m at worst. Unfortunately I've only got 5 APs in the network 😕 😉

Hello Meraki Community, Are you tired of the time-consuming process of network planning and deployment? Are you struggling to maintain accurate and up-to-date information about APs locations? Solve these issues of Day 0 to Day N deployments with AP Auto Locate. We are seeking participants capable of implementing this feature for large-scale networks that have 8+ compatible APs on a floor plan to work with and provide valuable feedback to the Cisco Wireless product team. This adoption insight will help us refine AP Auto Locate and make it even better! If interested, please sign up using the link below to onboard yourself to the Stomio project for feature testing. Based on your network characteristics, we will contact you to gather information on your experience. https://app.stomio.io/opt-in/SU6gQ_4TyCEA6M9ScvFCl57qtPhpW-MpjK3GFnXUqltY9UnuqN8cCSlwhWD36R0sOwwx60R... Key Benefits of AP Auto Locate: Save Time & Reduce Complexity: Automatically determine and place AP locations on floor plans with ease. Enhance Network Performance: Ensure accurate, up-to-date AP locations for optimal client device location accuracy. Adaptable Solutions: Use GNSS when available, or place a few manual anchors per floor if GNSS is inaccessible. Compatible with Leading Hardware: Supported on a range of models, including MR78, MR36H, MR36, MR46, MR56, MR57 (GPS capable), CW9162 (GPS capable), CW9164 (GPS capable), and CW9166 (GPS capable). Firmware Compatibility: MR31+ We appreciate your support and look forward to your participation!
