yea, iv seen those too but are expensive. Apparently these duo rackstuds are made from exceptionally strong plastic that is often used as a metal replacement. The sheering load strength is 150Kg. Also apparently the levering force of a meraki switch when mounted is about 30kg so they should be ok. But i will still be very mindful about exactly where i use them until I am 100% confident ... Had looked at datasheets but was trying to stick with pure Meraki rather than going over to Cisco.  I know they can be imported into the Meraki dashboard but didn't have time to really look into how manageable something like a C9300L-24UXG-4X-M would be on the Meraki dashboard, it would be a great option if it's just as manageable as the Meraki switches we already have.   This is something i'll be looking into next week but thank you for the suggestions and the C9300L-24UXG-4X-M definitely looks like a very solid option for us. ... While I haven't used the W1850, I've used the Cradlepoint CBA850 & L950 models, and I have also used an MG41.   Simply, they both do roughly the same thing, they bring in a cell connection, and they are cloud managed.   Cost wise, from what I've seen, the Cradlepoint is cheaper.   BUT When trying to do dual SIM and have it work on your network, the MG works so much better and easier. We had issues trying to get the Cradlepoint device to failover and route properly. The MG, no configuration needed, it just works.   Updates on the MG vs Cradlepoint, Meraki wins hands down, so much easier. You don't update devices with Cradlepoint, you update groups, so you have to setup those groups first, not horrible, but not as easy as Meraki.   Having the MG in the same dashboard as the rest of your network(s) simplifies the management.   My personal pick would be the MG, but figured I'd give you the information I had. ... Hi Kavy,    @Arthamon is correct regarding the Dashboard uptime visibility and the API. Uptime statistics from the dashboard at this point in time are relatively limited.  For statistics on uptime you can use the Organization > Overview page. This won't provide you with the specific uptime of the device unfortunately.    The other option is to manually view each MR and MS to check the uptime (MS needs to be on firmware 15.21.1+ and MR on 30.x+).  Options: 1. Go to Organization > Overview. Then select the tab that says "Devices". You can see each of the connectivity bars there. Unfortunately it does not give you an uptime metric, but it does give you the dates of when the device was connected to the Cloud or not.  2. Go to Organization > Overview. Select the "Networks tab". Click on the "+" sign next to the CSV button. Select "network health" and "% offline" from the "+" dropdown.      3. Go to Switching > Switches and select your switch and view the uptime there.   4. Go to Wireless > Access points and select your AP and view the uptime there.    ... View more
