Removing a network disabled for non-payment.
I have an org that's gone out of business and the license is expired. It seems I'm unable to remove the org because the network still exists. For the same reason I'm locked out from deleting the network. Is this only addressable by Meraki support and can I take care of this myself?

It is known ---^
Last time I had to do this I thought I had everything but I missed something on the list posted above. Just ensure everything is done and delete. If it still won't let you Support will be your friend here.

Just as follow up to anyone checking in the future: I made a separate Meraki administrator account I called "MerakiExpired" and set that as the org/network administrator for clients that we no longer manage and removed my MSP Administrator account from their orgs/networks so they're not in my active list. Not ideal, but better.

In order to delete those orgs, you will need to make sure:
- That all licenses are expired. If you have active licenses and you need to delete the org, you could move those licenses in another org. Just note that if you are using the Co-termination licensing model it will change the expiration date of that org.
- That all devices are removed from the networks. You can still remove devices from disabled networks.
- That all networks are deleted.
- That only one full org admin is left in that org.
Once you have verified the above, you can delete the org from Organization > Settings. At the bottom of the page there is a "Delete organization" button.

Ioana

Helpful info. In my case, not all inventory items were expired for most orgs, but I have a couple that I can delete completely with this info. Thank you.
