HI, both is true... A dashboard org contains one or more networks An organisation is a separate entity A lot of location (eq. networks) will end up in a lot of networks, which tends to get confusing. Still you can not have like many hierarchy. So either on organisation with a lot of networks. Many organisation is in my opinion not an option, as you probably would like to have communication between the sites. rgds roger

First step would be, that the MX will reach the Meraki cloud. Make sure the management protocols meraki uses are not blocked. Hi Etienne, we just had recently exact the problem with a customer and the TCP Idle Timer. Unfortunately it was a really annoying situation for the customer. Microsoft writes it is solved...but it is not..or maybe not in all cases. Anyway...the default TCP Idle Timer of the MX is 300 seconds (5min). Via a support case you can change it to either 3600 or better 7200 seconds. Which is 60 min or 120 min. It helped in our case and the customer is happy again. hope it helps rgds roger

Not quite sure if i get your problem right. Does your client get an IP? and from the correct subnet? If's so it's not DHCP. I assume that, because you also mention that you can ping the WLC...

Yes, you can create additional walls in order to support more cameras. See also this part in the link you posted below about the following question I'd like to know what is mean "never had more then 16 cameras" ? In a organization, How many camera can I install ? only maximum 16 ? Where did you read that? You can support as many cameras as you want on an organization...at least I do not know about a limit. rgds roger

Hi, never had more then 16 cameras, but i understand it exactly as you mentioned it. For example, 1 page video wall shows 16 video and 2 page video wall shows others. Yes, So you have then several tabs to switch between the different video walls If I want to show all the video, Should I open 2 dashboards to open 1 page and 2 page both ? Yes or switch between the different taps if this is feasible. hth roger
