Thanks @MeredithW and @CarolineS for running my little quiz thingy as a contest. And thanks to everyone that took the time to tackle this and submit a set of answers! After reviewing the entries there were two that answered everything correctly. Congratulations to @KevinFry and @MSAU for a job well done! You two are truly Meraki Community Trivia Experts! (omg, badge suggestion or what?!) Here are the answers to the 10 questions: First MOTM were @PhilipDAth (61 Kudos), @Mr_IT_Guy (29 kudos), @MilesMeraki (23 kudos) and @BHC_RESORTS (22 kudos). Solutions were added in the MOTM scoring in June 2018. The VLAN Challenge had 135 entries, the same number of total kudos earned by the first MOTM. The Meraki Community officially launched on Aug 21st, 2017. On this day the Great American Eclipse also occurred. Fun fact: Aug 21 is also my Step-Dad's and my wife's Dad's birthday. The Founding Member badge has been awarded to 406 people. The top beta contributors were @MerakiJockey505, @BHC_RESORTS, @Mr_IT_Guy, @MRCUR, @NFL0NR, @Mike_Rapp and @Dave. The Lift Off badge requires a member to write a post, give a kudo, and sign in twice to earn. The Most Valuable Canine badge was awarded to @Maui_Meraki_Dog. ECMS is short for Engineering Cisco Meraki Solutions. The All Stars program was announced on June 12, 2019. Thanks again to everyone that participated!

In that case your best bet is to probably just perform a hardware reset on the device to 'shake it loose' from any issues it might have. Take care!

Hi @Niels, did you manage to get the issue solved? I have exactly same problem and Meraki Support is not able to solve it. They confirmed it, but saying that Engineering Team does not have any ETA on it. It's been already 6 months since this issue started...

I do see some clients devices that have "Device Removed From Network". That's a good sign. I can export that list.

You should be able to setup two SSIDs, one for guest and one for Corporate access. This article covers configuring both. https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/WiFi_Basics_and_Best_Practices/Configuring_Simple_Guest_and_Internal_Wireless_Networks

Meraki's firmware release cycle means it can't be promoted to "stable" until 20% of the devices in the world have been upgraded to it. https://documentation.meraki.com/Architectures_and_Best_Practices/Cisco_Meraki_Best_Practice_Design/Best_Practices_for_Meraki_Firmware#Stable_Release So if everyone decided not to upgrade to a newer release of code, code would never progress through the Meraki system.

As an aside, if you have a MX then set the Virgin Media router into modem mode and let the MX do all the work. The Virgin Media routers are the most willful and spiteful devices upon planet earth (Iv'e had enough of them.) If my internet connectivity falls apart I always know that Virgin have done a firmware update and caused the router to go back into routing mode again.

Thats not a bad theory - we'd surmised it might be some sort of rate limiter. Not the best idea for Meraki to have it as a predefined option in my opinion. The internal staff keep changing to Umbrella then causing panic 🤪

Agreed. My problem is pushing out the agent, not pushing out additional apps. I suspect that once the agent is installed then I will be able to push out additional apps successfully as well.
