Hi @DillonofAnch17 -
We don't have a formalized meet-up program, but there may be events in your area. I'd recommend reaching out to your Meraki rep to find out more.
Community members have also been known to organize their own meetups - see for an example. @PhilipDAth might have more info he'd be willing to share about how this particular event was organized.
It's great to know that there may be interest in a more formalized / supported meet-up program; our team will take it into consideration!
Cheers!

@loftmyndCH You're not missing something, that feature is not there yet, so for now you can only get the 360-degree hemispherical view of an MV32 on the video wall. The MV32 is relatively new and new features will be coming, and so far it's a common ask to be able to view a dewarped 16:9 section of your choosing to display on the video wall. Sorry I don't have any roadmap timelines to share, but know that such a feature is in the queue, and hopefully coming within the next few firmware releases, stay tuned!

>Since that traffic from the trusted IPs can be sniffed easily, then the attacker can spoof the IP easily and get around it. RDP traffic is encryted, so sniffing is not really an issue in this case. Spoofing the IP address and maintaining a TCP stream is non-trivial for a connection that runs over the Internet when you don't hace access to the source (aka you are a remote man in the middle). For a start you don't get any of the return traffic. Just forming the TCP session is a mission.

You're welcome. For future reference: None of the current outdoor APs (MR70, MR74, MR84) have a power connector. The current indoor ones do, except for the MR30H (MR20, MR33, MR42, MR45, MR52, MR53, MR55).

@Marcel wrote: I'm a bit jeaous as don't have one yet, but it should go in this order: Gig->mGig - 10G -40G So for your MS355-48X2 it should be 1-24 1G 25-48 mGig 49-52 10G 53-54 40G Awesome, that is also my suspicion @Marcel. Thank you, and @PhilipDAth aswell. 🙂 It wasn't to much the switch specs, but more, which ports are GbE and which are MGig. Then I can make sure the technician onsite cables things correctly. 🙂

>Can I have the full functionality of Content Filtering feature in this case? I mean tracking clients by MAC? You wont be able to track clients by MAC because the MX can not see the MAC addresses (only the default gateway can). Also note you wont be able to use per-client group policy. Group policy works based off MAC address. You will be able to apply global content filtering policies. Note you can only use tracking by IP address if the network is not in combined mode. If you have an MX and an MS in the same network it runs in combined mode. So you will have to create a seperate network for the MX if you want to use the tracking by IP option. https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Monitoring_and_Reporting/Client_Tracking_Options

Hi Just discovered a way of solving this issue. I used NAT exceptions for the VLAN the device was conected to. That was the only way of getting this to work. If I turned of NAT on the interface that I do not want the client to connect trough the traffic stops. This is a new feature from version 15 as far as I know. I wrote a little bit more on my blog on this issue: networksandrants.wordpress.com/2019/06/09/limit-device-traffic-to-only-one-mx-uplink/

the team was discharged, but we can not access it anymore because it asks for a username and password which we do not have and if we try to add it to a new account it tells me that it is already in use

I didn't think Umbrella supported Android devices with a client. I believe you could point the DNS to umbrellas servers with a policy. Also no mention here. https://docs.umbrella.com/deployment-umbrella/docs/2-prerequisites-update Windows and Mac devices you should be able to download the installers and follow below for help pushing. https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Apps_and_Software/Installing_Custom_Apps_on_Windows_and_Mac_Devices

I don't have any code handy that I can provide, but this is the API endpoint to hit: https://api.meraki.com/api_docs#provisions-a-client-with-a-name-and-policy If it was me doing it I'd take something like a CSV that has MAC,NAME in it and feed that into a loop that posts to that endpoint. I'm sure there's other approaches that would work too.
