As @alemabrahao indicated, it certainly seems to be a seen behaviour. It's feasible that the issue may be due to the following known issue:   Link aggregates may take some time to be reinitialized when a switch stack failover occurs. During this time traffic traversing the link aggregate will be interrupted.   From what I can tell, that known issue doesn't seem to be present in the 17.5.4 release notes, so it may be fixed there. I actually like the look of the original Cisco model better.   One thing to be aware of is that if they're like the C8445 models, they are not interchangeable between Meraki and IOS-XE software:   All C8455-G2-MX or C8455-G2 models continue throughout their life with the same OS personality that they were ordered with. I'm certainly no expert but from some reading, it seems that some devices can have incompatibilities with negotiating UPOE.   UPOE 60W and 90W require LLDP to negotiate (potentially what @Mloraditch was referring to). Without LLDP it should fail back to standard PoE+ (30W) but perhaps that's not working for you. This thread was also an interesting read specifically relating to UPOE and an IP Camera. You're correct and the distributor is wrong.   Co-Term means exactly that - all licenses added to the organisation will expire together. So, all devices in your organisation will remain licensed until the co-term expiry.   If you add licenses for new devices, your expiry will be pushed further back. I've got some C9500-48Y4C in Meraki, but they were onboarded back in the original Meraki monitor mode. I haven't yet switched them to the new onboarding method. The main caveat I can recall was that client stats required DNA advantage licensing.   Looking at the new guide for Cloud Management with Device Configuration, there is a note that implies that device tracking configuration is not modified.   During onboarding of a C9500 to Device Configuration mode, device tracking will not be modified.
