@BrandonS I cannto see anything in the datasheet or anywhere else about an internal antenna. I haven't used one of these so not 100% sure sorry.

@ladgosh there aren't any settings that do that as far as I am aware. The only thing I think it could be is if the user is using iCloud Safari sharing and you have stopped them from editing their account settings.

I would say there is a bug, I have seen similar things with a different graph, I cant remember what it was for but I had the same issue you were having about a week ago.

The only way I can think of would be reboot the MX unit which is a really drastic approach. You could also disable VPN and then re-enable it I suppose. Being able to kill a connection should be a feature, I suggest you use the make a wish feature. I'll do the same as well.

Bear in mind that software updates come via the Mac App store, turning this off would also affect the machine being able to access the App store. It could also affect iTunes as well.

Most system settings i.e brightness, volume, notifications cannot be set by an MDM. For example you can force the user to have a passcode but you cannot specify what the passcode is.

I have found the agent for Mac OS devices no longer works and have stopped deploying it, when I spoke to support it was suggested I use the profile instead even though they both do slightly different things. This seems to be an ongoing issue that many people in the forums have mentioned. I am guessing if support are aware that it doesn't work and nothings being done to fix it then its most likely going to be dropped at some point in the future.

I should also point out that depending if its a hardware issue support might not help as you are not using Cisco SFP modules. Good luck and hopefully its something as simple as whoever terminated the fibres mixed up a pair.

@Ira rate limiting is the first step. secondly how big is your cafe as 300 guests is a lot and with only 5 AP's it might struggle. I would either reduce the number of guest clients you can have or add in more access points. The other way you could do this is have the three MR33 solely for hosting the guest wifi and use the MR42's for your production network.

@Incognito87 are you using VLANS or do you have a flat network? if you have a flat network I would throw in some cheap 5 port switches and use a true wireless bridge as suggested.

I would suggest that you contact your Cisco Meraki sales rep, they may be able to answer this for you. Time frames for this sort of info aren't generally public.

@Incognito87 I am not sure exactly how you have thigns laid out, are you able to draw a quick diagram for us to see? I wouldn't have thought using a POE injector would cause a problem.

@Shane_Martin yes licensing is something to check, this caught me out the other day also try temporarily disabling windows firewall and see if that makes any difference. One other thing have you tried downloading a fresh copy of the agent installer via your Meraki dashboard?

We have noticed that we cannot install the Meraki management profile on any machine running Mac OS 10.13.4 or later. We simply get the below error, if the profile is installed using an earlier version it continues to work after the system is updated. We are seeing this across multiple machines, we have tried after a fresh installation of the system. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Mojave has quite a few changes security wise, given its only been out a few days I doubt Systems manager has been updated to reflect some of the major changes.

Managing VLANS on the switches and using L3 routing will be the way to go.
