There is a setting at the organization level to adjust the idle timeout. Organization => Settings => Idle timeout If you uncheck the checkmark you probably will stay logged in (need also to test it). hope this helps roger

How long has the enterprise license been claimed? You should be able to return it via Meraki's RMA process for a full refund and purchase the correct one. I have been down that road a few times due to mistakes in the order process.

@SilencerPG You will need to work with the MSP and Meraki support. The MSP will have to remove the devices from their inventory however you will need to contact support to get the licenses migrated to the new organisation.

Z3 and MX wireless options are fairly limited when comparing to the MR APs. As others said, it doesn't have all these options. If you need anything beyond basic SSID/wireless features you will want to go the traditional AP route (MR).

You would need to check the local status page on a device experiencing a connectivity issue to see what it is reporting. Most likely, it is having trouble communicating with the Internet or a DNS server.
