I want to recognize two Meraki engineers, Supreeth Sooryaprakash our customers escalations engineer. He is a wealth of knowledge and always goes out of his way to answer questions, setup lab recreations & testing customer issues, always providing whatever support is needed. Also Zak Alcodray DrDray for his dedication in creating new "up to date" Meraki Icons. He posted them here in the community and has received many positive thank you's & kudos.

I am a classic car guy, one of my co-workers took the metal bottoms of old Cisco switches that were no longer functional and used them to line the rusted out floors of his 1970 Chevelle SS as he was restoring it. They worked great!

Hi MV72 Experts, We haven't been able to get the specs on the 4 bolt holes on the MV72 wall mount arm, the ones that mount on the wall or a bracket, does anyone have those ?

Hi Camera Expert Team, I am not seeing any type of adapter that could be used to mount the MV72's onto existing mounting arms from a different manufacturer. We are replacing 165 cameras at customer site and they are asking if this is possible to reduce cost. I don't think its possible to do this upgrade correctly without using the Meraki mounting arms, but wanted to reach out. Below are the arms currently used at site.

100% agree, I have a Foscam camera at home and it offers PTZ, granted storage is offsite but still an awesome feature to have in an outdoor dome camera....they almost "look" identical mounted at each end of my home.

Our customer will have us install and configure hundreds of MV72 cameras to what appears to be a variety of non Meraki switches, unfortunately don't have the vendors names yet, we do know they support POE, are there any known issues with this or helpful tips ?

More testing using wife's Samsung A20 model, it also like mine connected to MR18 at slow 4 - 5 mbps, one of the suggestions by support for mine was to whitelist it, so I did the same to hers, speed still not change, as I was reviewing events, RF and channel data, and began a packet capture the speed went up to 60 mbps. Curious if the whitelist would have changed anything and this takes several minutes to take affect, or does the AP just take awhile to ramp up the connection speed ?

Today I checked again the speeds by connecting my Android phone to the MR18 before contacting support by phone to trouble shoot as suggested by online case engineer. To my surprise I went from 5 mbps yesterday to over 60 today. Nothing has changed in the last 24 hours. I went into event log and did see this event, stating improved network performance but no actually channel change is evident. Good news its much improved, bad news no evidence to why. I have basically the same issue, my Samsung Android phone gets speeds over 200 MBPS when connected to home wifi, however when I connect it to Meraki MR18, it drops to 5 MBPS. I connect my laptop to Meraki AP and it is up to 200. Doesn't make sense, not the phone or wouldn't get high speeds on home router. Tried several suggestions from opening a case online from support, none fixed it including downgrading firmware to 25.

Thank you for the quick reply, app view is fine but I do think this would be a nice feature moving forward, with the ability to create multiple accounts per client I see this as value added. I think I have 4 accounts created, one of the reasons I wanted to review and also knowledge for customer.
