Meraki Access point

I need help to know coverage of acceess point,in my office I have two Meraki access points & area is around 20000 Sqf,is these two AP are enough to get better coverage & handle load of around 100 users ??

In short….no!


I would anticipate approx 30 users/devices per AP.  Then there’s the additional overhead of other devices probing those APs I.e phones, watches, laptops etc.

I'm with @DarrenOC .  You have enough APs to cover the area of the office, but not enough to cover the number of users.


I tend to ask clients if they want a good WiFi experience.  If they say yes, I aim for 20 users per AP (in an office environment).  If they won't like the cost, then they accept at this point in time that they are choosing to sacrifice the WiFi experience.

As long as they are Meraki APs, no.  AutoRF will adjust their parameters to work together nicely.

@AnilPatil You also haven't stated what model of AP you have, I try to have no more than 30 users Max however I am saying that based on an education environment not office use.
