Why is traffic transfer possible when the symbol is red?

Suddenly, one days The MR44 status was down from 2days, so I contacted the user and they replied that We could use the wireless, and indeed I was able to associate to the SSID and access the server resources.

I wander if it is firmware bugs.

We’d better next new firmwareIs ?
Or is it because it can't communicate with Meraki cloud? Though, there is not uplink to third party firewall system.

Does anyone know how to deal with this?

firmware version is 28.6.1

I have seen this before where as on the dashboard AP are showing as offline but no issues with internet connectivity

Check on your firewall to make sure the Meraki portal addresses are not being blocked.

Kind of a big deal

28.7 has a bugfix that could maybe fix this

AP may lose Cloud connectivity for an interval of time (Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E APs)

Also note Meraki has moved to a different IP range and using https for communication.  If you have an upstream firewall make sure it is allowing the traffic.
