Client last seen dates not updating for clients on Cisco Catalyst switch

I have an unmonitored Catalyst switch behind a Meraki MS350 stack.  All clients on the Catalyst switch stack had last seen dates that were not updating.  These clients were all last seen 1/29, and then nothing.  After submitting a case and getting Meraki on the phone, the support engineer late last week let me know that he would have to research and seek help on his end to determine the issue.  Monday this week, 2/23/26, all client status reporting is working normally, again.  No updates to the case, and no response to comments.  Hopefully Meraki will let me know what the issue was, and what action was taken to resolve it.   If so, I will share it here.

 

Anyone else seeing anything similar?

Meraki Support finally updated the case.  "...the issue has been resolved on the backend specifically, we identified that one of the tables was not populating correctly and have addressed that problem."

Meraki Support finally updated the case.  "...the issue has been resolved on the backend specifically, we identified that one of the tables was not populating correctly and have addressed that problem."
