Hi, We have 2 Meraki MS225-48LP Switches in different Orgs (MS 17.2.1). On both switches, I can't perform a factory reset. After holding the reset button for 10-15 seconds, the LED is still red when I release the button. https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Support/Resetting_Cisco_Meraki_Devices_to_Factory_Defaults Is this a hardware issue, or is there another way to reset to factory default settings? I have access to the local page. Both switches were in a stack and both don't come online in the Meraki Dashboard. Changes on the local page (e.g. static IP instead of DHCP) have no effect. Both switches show on the local page that they are part of a Stack, that's the reason, why I want to perform a factory reset. It seems, that the reset button doesn't work. I performed on other MS and MX a lot of factory resets without any issues, so I suppose that this are 2 faulty switches.
