Hello, I have a brand new C9200CX switch that was converted to "Meraki Cloud" using the various "Meraki Connect service" commands, etc. When the switch reboots, it gets stuck on "Meraki Connect service is enabled," and I can no longer access the CLI. I added it to my dashboard using its cloud ID, but it still shows as "offline" in red. I don't have a firewall, and I use DHCP on my network. I also have another question: as the documentation indicates, after switching the switch to cloud mode, it performs a "factory reset." How can it connect to the cloud if it no longer has an IP address, gateway, or DNS? Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
