Time-line shows "no connectivity" instead of "Reboot (firmware upgrade)"

Sometimes I get messages like "no connectivity" after an firmware upgrade. Usually there should be the message  "Reboot (firmware upgrade)".

I have this issue intermediant with MR accesspoints and MS switches.

So, how can I be shure that the devices are really up to date? Can I trust the device overview page? The local device homepage doesn´t show the firmware version.

The only way to be certain is to open a support ticket and have been check what is actually running on the device.

The Dashboard reports what the device should be running, rather than what it is actually running.
