Two static IP, one wlan

I have a question we have an MX85. Fiber coming into the build with 5 Static Ip. I want to assign one IP to the PBX system. The modem only has one port for the ethernet cable coming off it to the WLAN port.

Do I VLAN the port on the MX to point to the static IP I want it to us or am I missing something?

xxx.xxx.xxx.2 Phones\PBX vlan 120

Kind of a big deal

You would normally put the PBX on the inside of your network using a private IP address, and then perform a 1:1 NAT from a public IP from your provider to the PBX.
