Explain the error from the screenshot

Please find the screenshot attached here, and help me with error shown in red colour. The end devices (all are camera) and this meraki (MS225-48FP) switch are brand new. I suspect with the ELV cable connected here. What is the reason for this, under lan tester all these points are showing proper continuity.? Pls explain A to Z info so that i can take the next steps to resolved it.

CRC errors are not cosmetical.  If you scroll down that page you will see errors counting up.
If you believe your cables and connectors are okay then try to connect a different kind of device, like a laptop on those ports using the same cables.  If you still get errors, then it is either the cable or the switchport.  Then you can still try other switchports that are not showing errors.

If the problems stop then there is an issue with the devices.  Maybe they don't negotiate their mdix and speed correctly and need fixed settings.

CRC errors can result from several reasons. Damaged cables are one reason, duplex mismatches another. In case of a duplex mismatch, the full duplex device sees CRC errors, the half duplex device sees multiple, late and excessive collisions.

How to check the duplex mismatched from the switch side?

Maybe an packet capture could help. Check the CDP messages on the port. Each CDP message contains the duplex setting. If sent CDP messages contain duplex full and received messages contain duplex half, you have a mismatch.

I would unmount one of the cameras and plug it directly into the switch port.

If the problem goes away - you have a cabling issue.

If the issue remains, then you might have a hardware or software issue.

ps. Make sure you are running the current stable (or better) firmware on the switches and cameras.
