My experience was that you ought to get in touch with your Cisco Meraki coutnerpart to ensure the registration takes place. Did you purchase the HW units and the licenses that should be tied to the HW, in MR/wireless lics are probably LIC-ENT-xxx where the last part of a PID is for the duration of license + support. Get the list of serials and contact the seller and ask them to remove them from original Meraki organization. The problem with second hand devices like Meraki is that there is no way for the buyer to check if traded goods are tied to a previous owner or not. You could additionally contact your local Meraki sales reps to explain the situation. Not 100% sure how Meraki EULA handles these types of situations now so I would recommend you to contact both the seller and Meraki directly.   Good luck. ... View more

Admins might move your question to Meraki Enterprise forum as your models indicate you´re running Meraki Enterprise. What I recall is that only org admins are available to receive those updates. Sad to hear. To me this is mostly about positioning and not about HW or softaware and management being uncabable of providing the stuff you might have been looking for in the first place. I agree with you that the GX side would need upgrading on the performance level at least for the countries and areas where there are bandwith sold with reasonable prices. At the same time I agree with Meraki vision for Go stack to be as slick as possible as this is mainly positioned for coffee shops, barbers, blacksmiths and the likes. I agree with @CptnCrnch here. Just bear in mind that the RMA included in licenses is a standard process so you might want to consider buying additional units as spares without a license or check our Meraki Now. if your BUs are own cost centers I would look into PDL model as it gives you the flexibility to map costs to right BUs more properly. On the other hand the co-term model is just so simple I love it - this depends mostly on your org and BU structure. Network operations are the same, the views for licensing in dashboard just change.
