Yes - you can bind and unbind Networks to/from Templates with the following endpoints:   https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/api-v1/#!bind-network https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/api-v1/#!unbind-network I don't believe there's a single endpoint to move a Network directly from one Template to the other, as can be done through the Dashboard:   https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Templates_and_Config_Sync/Managing_Multiple_Networks_with_Configuration_Templates#Moving_Networks_Between_Templates ... Actually no, I would suggest you to open a case with us first, once it was assigned, we can run some commands to check / capture in realtime.   Be aware of some known issues-- if your MX use WAN2 or cellular as only uplink , you will get the banner saying your MX has trouble communicate with new IP range, but probably not at all, to confim it, just open case with us please ... @Ruch_D the Meraki switches are no less secure than traditional Cisco Catalyst or HPE switching etc.  What @GreenMan is alluding to is that using a switch specifically designed for high throughput with stateful inspection to segment datacentre traffic is the best option.  If you are comparing a Meraki MS350 to a Cisco 9300 or equivalent then they are no less secure. ... I think you must be referring to the MX Warm Spare functionality, where a secondary MX unit will take over from a primary, should the latter fail.   If this is indeed what you want to use, I'm afraid you won't be able to do it using an MX100 paired with an MX250 - the MX models must match exactly.   For confirmation please see the Note near the beginning of the relevant documantation:   https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Deployment_Guides/MX_Warm_Spare_-_High_Availability_Pair   Unfortunately the MX100 is now End of Sale, so your chances of adding a second unit to it are probably slim.   You may find that, through talking to your meraki account team, they can maybe help you with the cost of a new matched pair of devices, given that you have existing investment.  ... Thank you for your reply. We use small IP rated cabinets with routers inside an the modem placed on the outside. This is a mobile system and is moved around by our customers. Given the size, specially the mg41e, it happens very often that they break the antennas. I would like to place the modem inside the cabinet for protection, but then I have to use a extention cable to reduce the lenght of the modem by placing the antennas somewere else in the cabinet. ... For super-simple network management, in one place (the Meraki Dashboard), you would create a Combined Network (or Networks, for multi-site) using Meraki MS switches and Meraki MR Wi-Fi access points.   Bear in mind, with this underlying platform you can then also closely integrate with Meraki Systems manager (for endpoint management), Meraki MT IoT sensors and Meraki MV CCTV cameras too - and uplink them all over cellular data, if necessary, using Meraki MG gateways.   As of fairly recently, it's also possible to monitor some Cisco Catalyst switch models (9200, 9300, 9500) within the Meraki Dashboard, but that doesn't include the SG range ... As @ww hints, the question here is;    what role is the extra non-MX firewall there to perform?   Most customers will, at branches, just have a/the routed mode MX.   With the right license level, it's usually all the branch firewall you need.   Except if you really have to perform https decrypt, in which case, pairing up the MX with Umbrella is probably the most scalable approach   Hopefully you found this already but, for your DCs, go with one-armed VPN Concentrator MXs behind your DC firewalls, as per https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Deployment_Guides/VPN_Concentrator_Deployment_Guide ... What do we mean by Airtime Utilization?  Free airtime describes how much time is available on a channel for data transmissions.  Any time a device communicates with another device or an access point (AP) it uses airtime. Airtime Utilization is a per-channel statistic that defines what percentage of the channel is currently being used, and what percentage is therefore free. Airtime usage can come from: Data traffic to and from client devices Interference from WiFi and non-WiFi sources Management overhead from APs and client devices ... View more
