Hey @BremdanJohnso  👋🏻      Sounds like you're wanting to add these iPhone 6S' to your Apple Business Manager account for the purposes of ADE (Automated Device Enrolment). As you mentioned, because these were purchased not from an authorized reseller for device enrolment (see Apple's list here) you will need to use Apple Configurator to import them into your account.   We have a KB article that explains how to do this: https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Device_Enrollment/Enrolling_and_Supervising_iOS_Devices_using_Apple_Configurator_2.5_or_Later#Manual_Enrollment_-_Add_device(s)_to_Device_Enrollment_Program_(DEP)   Once the device(s) are enrolled into your ABM account, make sure you assign the correct server (see step 8 from the linked KB) and you'll then see the device(s) under System Manager > ADE. It'll depend on the manufacturer's flavour of Android that they use, if it's not using a standard Android built and it's been heavily customised you may experience some issues.   First thing to check is Google's Enterprise Solution directory. From past experience, with Android Go it'll either fail to even provision (which sounds like what you're hitting) or it'll fail during the work profile creation.   If you're able to obtain Android Logs from the device during attempting enrollment, send it over to support@meraki.com and let me know the case number - this should be able to give us some more info as to why it's not working. ... Sounds like it's working as expected to me, if you're full tunnelling to Surfshark VPN, you'll be able to bypass any restrictions set on your upstream MX.
