I don't think there is a way to block a specific address or subnet in a NAT rule.     You could drop them in the web server though, right?  And I guess you could put something upstream with ACL's to block specific IP addresses.   Do you have advanced security license?  You maybe able to do something there.   I have a similar situation with a FTPS server I maintain to send customer backups to.  It uses port 22 and gets hammered all day, every day.  I configured my server to block specific addresses and it also has a feature to auto block multiple failed attempts.   ... Short answer, no. You could just not use/bypass the MX and get full advantage of the speed.  I know this seems weird, but many (maybe most?) home users just use whatever their ISP provides and maybe add a switch and some APs for larger spaces.   You could still leave your MX connected for learning/playing, but just not use it as your default gateway for traffic you want to get full gig speed for.   Maybe even create two VLANs to differentiate.  VLAN 1 could get DHCP from and route through MX and VLAN 2 could also get DHCP from MX, but use default gateway of the Spectrum kit.  Then you could pick and choose what/when to use each.  I am not familiar with Spectrum, but if they are similar enough to Comcast and at&t I think you should be able to pull it off.  It would be somewhat dependent on how the Spectrum kit works and how much control you have over it.   Good luck.     ... I got a few of these emails too and don't think there is actually anything upstream blocking access on the networks I was alerted for.  I suspect of the thousands or millions of devices out there there are many false positives that get sent.  I wouldn't be too concerned if you know there is nothing upstream from your MX.  It seems possible some of the new services on those new IP's were actually not responsive for some period and caused some emails to go out.     ...
