Thank you all for the feedback so far and for all of your support for Meraki Go. @vfxraven19 thanks for the comments. We have no plans to disconnect Meraki Go hardware at this time, even in 2027. @jesseb514 we are working on the trade in / trade up plans with partners. Once we have more information, we will definitely share it here! The 1 year security license will be available for purchase through April 2025.

Hi there, What country are you purchasing in? I see that CDW has it as does SHI. It does look like Rhino's page may have a problem so we're reporting it to them. Hope this helps, Art

Sure thing! Open the web app and go to the Hardware tab. Select your GX50 from the list and go to Settings in the top right. Under the Settings heading, choose Security protection. There will be an "Add Subscription Key" button You can go through these steps on the mobile app but it will redirect you to the web app anyway. Hope this helps! Art

If you are trying to copy from the hardware device details page, you can click and hold on any field (e.g. model, serial, mac address, etc.) and it will copy to the clipboard. We currently don't have a way to copy out a list of connected device details but stay tuned!

Hi @TabBVO, are you looking to export the list of connected devices or the list of Meraki Go hardware? You can access your account at https://web.meraki-go.com/ and that might make it easier to copy and paste. At this time we don't have a way to export your configuration but it is something that we are evaluating.

Unfortunately we don't have access to Amazon order information. In the Meraki Go app, the serial number is visible by selecting the device under the Hardware tab.
