I feel like I've heard several reports of the security license being hard to renew. Is there a plan to transition this to a new SKU, is the functionality going away, etc.? That's interesting that you've been blocked from using free. ... View more

Hi @CHaywood - I had the same question initially! From my experience, this is intentional as the device blocks known encrypted DNS traffic endpoints so that the content filter/security subscription cannot be circumvented. Without this block, users could still open whatever they content they like as the encrypted DNS traffic cannot be inspected by the device. ... View more

I have the same issue and also have a case open with support! My security gateway is working fine but shows "alerting" status in the web app (even with clearing the cache, etc.) Support advised they see the device as healthy on their end. ... View more
