Hi Vanessa   Are you plugging the computer you are accessing the AP from directly into the AP rather than into your whole network. I find setting up new devices its best to keep it nice and simple.   Using a web browser on the client machine, access the AP’s built-in web server by browsing to http://my.meraki.com. Alternatively, browse to http://10.128.128.128. Using the above have you correctly set your subnet? I suspect if you can configure the AP by plugging it into your network and obtaining an IP address via DHCP then something isn't quite right with the network settings on the computer you are using to connect to the device.   Can you post a screenshot of your ethernet settings.     Also Welcome to the forums!     ... If so and its enabled then then only way you could stop this is by disabling location services access to the unmanaged apps but this would mean setting this manually.   There is currently no way of automatically forcing what you want sorry. ... Are you the only admin? If not I suspect another admin has removed your organisation rights.  This would usually be done in the case of your have a junior team member who you want to be able to make network changes but not add or remove admins, manage licensing or inventory.       ... View more

I just came across this and saw that the question about Meraki Masters was not answered, why is someone who has sat the CMNO course not have access to the Masters course.
