@jdsilva I am guessing you haven't worked in large campus environments were users with laptops roam around site. Without 802.11r client devices are much more likely to hang onto an access port even though there might be one closer with much better signal and throughput.

Its also worth mentioning again if there are any new users to the community that customers can only attend the CMNO training, CMNA or Masters is not avialable for customers/ end users. There are a bunch of us customers / end users who are pushing for more advanced training options. I have passed my views on this onto my account manager and the marketing team as well.

Is the user getting any error messages i.e. are the splash pages trying to load and she is getting errors or are they not loading at all? Check her DNS, does she have any wierd DNS settings that don't match everyone elses? Does she have any persistant VPN software thats take over her connection?

@GregasG I dont think this information is available. I've just had a quick look on my system and can't see it anywhere. I've also cheked on another vendors system and they don't show that information either and when I think about it its probably to stop people from saying " my AP can handle 500 clients and when I have 495 connected its slow.... but it says it can handle 500 "

Coloured tags could be disabled if colourblind assist is enabled.

@jared_f Yes the problem of not being enrolled in DEP will slowly go away as you mentioned. I have managed to get most of my historical purchases enrolled which has been nice. Having the iOS 11 restriction for enrolling using configurator2 seems pointless as well.

Yeah thats not possible sorry. That would require Apple and Meraki having to support payloads for every 3rd party app that has any form of customisable settings. The settings options within a profile would be endless.

@Melissa Thats good news, its a shame Apple hasn't come to the party. We had a user leave and not disable find my iphone on their iPhone so it was activation locked. We had to provide proof to purchase to a special team at Apple to get the lock removed. The whole process took over a week.

@jared_f I managed to do this with my iPhone although I made a backup using configurator. Most iPhone retailers in NZ aren't able to register devices in DEP so its a real minefield.

MDM's usually cannot push out settings for 3rd party app's i.e. login information. It would be nice if they could. Are they shared devices or would you just prefer that users not know their O365 credentials?

I just had a thought when it came to creating tags in Meraki. I think being able to choose the colour of a tag would be very handy, I would like to see a red tag when a device has left a geofenced area. While searching for tags is very easy having them jump out at you would be even better. Currently its a sea of blue tags on my dashboard and I would like to be able to add some colour. I'm interested to know others thoughts.

This is one of my bug bears about keyed power cords, you either spend $20 on the genuine cords or have to source a cheaper alternative. Why they dont allow you to use standard power cords I have no idea.
