Hello @ag_scilo, Yes, this was changed a few weeks ago. It is best practice to always use api.meraki.com and not the specific Dashboard shard (e.g. n123), as this can sometimes change during/after maintenance - this is why the paginated links now use api.meraki.com. If you're seeing issues since this change, e.g. 404/500 responses, please raise a support case. Cheers, Connor.

You can disable location altogether using the "Privacy and lock" payload: https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Profiles_and_Settings/Configuration_Settings_Payloads#Privacy_and_Lock Disabling/removing the map would be a feature request. If you want to go thermo-nuclear, you could use uBlock Origin or another ad-block to just hide the DIV the map shows in. It's ###ReactPccClientLocation

Does the APK you're trying to push install correctly if you try to install it manually? Invalid APK to me sounds like it's either corrupted or you've referenced the wrong App Identifer.

The "stack yellow line" should be a lightning bolt symbol to indicate PoE, this is an issue that Engineering is made aware of and will be resolved soon.

Hey @eevans33 , Does this happen on all devices or a small subset? Curious if it's only on a certain iOS release too, e.g. broken on 17.1 but works on 17.0. I'd recommend opening a Support case as we may need to loop Apple into this one. Cheers, Connor

Closing the loop on this one, Trusted Access requires SM licenses which when using PDL need to be assigned to the network. I'll feedback to the team though that a 403 error isn't the most helpful or informative when trying to enrol.

Ah if the device is coming online then that's good! When you say there's no feed, is it constantly buffering or is the feed just dark/black? 9 times out of 10 it'll be an incorrect aperture setting if the feed is black. I will drop you a DM now as I'm curious to see the MV.

Huh, SSP is just the Self Service Portal - this tool allows users to install/push apps to their device(s) via a website. It might've just been a timing coincidence that this worked as it should not impact the device-specific permissions. Nevertheless, glad you got the issue resolved 🙂

Is WhatsApp a managed app? (i.e. pushed via MDM)? If so, you probably need to disable containerisation. You can do this by adding the Restrictions payload and unticking "Do not containerize work data and contacts from unmanaged apps" and "Do not containerize personal data and contacts from managed apps". If you're still facing issues and have an ActiveSync payload, make sure you untick "Use only in Mail".

I'd suggest opening a Support case. I ask as I'm curious whether the validation is happening on the Meraki side or if it is indeed Twilio returning that the number isn't valid - Support should be able to validate this if you open a case and provide an example number that is failing. E.g. we might be able to validate if you're using a trial Twilio account which bars sending to non-verified numbers and you're hitting error 21608.

Hey @StarBlink , Do you see any events if you run some DNS lookups on a downstream client to any .top domain? E.g. test[dot]top. If not, please update your case so Support is aware and then can triage on their end. Cheers, Connor

Nope, Support cannot assist. As per the KB: "Using the Organization Inventory" Due to privacy and security concerns, Cisco Meraki Support cannot assist in moving/removing devices that have already been claimed to another organization.

Someone may have already claimed the order number, which automatically claims all devices (and any license) associated with said order. Support won't be able to share any information about where/when/how they were already claimed, so I would advise to speak with your reseller/MSP and any other parties that may be involved.
