We're migrating to the Cisco Community on March 29. The Meraki Community will enter read-only mode starting on March 26.
My MV32 Camera is unable to view the object clearly. due to the dirty of the lens cover.
Does the cover move from the device so that i can able to clean the it or not?
Hi @Dennis91 , the MV32 cover isn't removable. Please ensure you have removed the plastic protective shipping dome.
If there's dirt within the lens, could you send a photo of the unit and how it's deployed?
