Yes, administrators listed on the account will be sent notifications outlining the steps for license extension 30 days prior to expiration. Another email will be sent three days prior to account expiration. In addition, an account expiration banner will be displayed in the Meraki dashboard during this time. Hi @bit_transporter , wouldn’t you see which ports have cameras connected by Vlan assignment? How long have the switches been in situ? It can take a little time for the dashboard to learn about it’s connected devices.

Too many to mention but the Community has helped me out in so many ways. My first interaction dates back to my first Meraki install. I hit an issue which the legend @PhilipDAth helped resolve. After that I kept coming back to learn from my peers which then helped me to contribute more as I got more hands on experience with the Meraki solutions. During lockdown the community rallied together and held an awesome Pub Quiz which I was also lucky to host for the EMEA team. Great fun and lovely opportunity to see some faces during a difficult time.

Hi @Dhanushkah , what version of MR firmware are your APs on? You mention that this is happening across all users/devices albeit sporadically throughout the day? Are all devices the same model and build? Yes you should look to upgrade drivers across the board.

Hi @NetNut , it would be worth exporting your logs to a syslog server. This would capture all data and give you something to refer to when troubleshooting

One point - you have a physical stack of core switches (425’s). Are you looking at stacking your edge switches and removing the individual uplinks from each switch to the core? Some will be for this some will be against. Some don’t like having larger stacks. Could you dual connect each edge switch back to the core across both core switches to give you 20Gbs etherchannel per switch? You have the capacity on your core to do so.

Hi again @Steve-ELC Looks like some users have been giving you a headache from this and your other post. Youre not going to get the level of reporting you’re after from the dashboard. You’ll see top talkers and top websites etc but not every website visite per user per ssid. Look at Umbrella SIG. this should help with this and your other issue

Hi @Steve-ELC, do you have a Meraki MX on your network and with it the Advanced security license? You could enable content filtering (Proxy avoidance and Anonymizers) and definitely enable Safe Search. I would also look at Cisco Umbrella SIG And if you’re dealing with children also look at Securly. I deal with a ton of schools and they rave about this one.

Hi @McCombsIT , mine does exactly the same. Nothing to enable anywhere, nothing is broken. Maybe they used different light bulbs on these models, ones that don’t flash 😁

I believe the words are “risk averse” and not coward. 😁 I would typically use the 425’s for larger networks requiring larger qtys of SFP+ ports.

Or…..simply log into the dashboard, click on the Organisation > Configure > inventory > Download as CSV Boom, you have all the required information and you haven’t had to faff around with an API

mx250 (HA) MS355-48Xs deployed at core and edge. Why bother with aggregation? A couple of 355’s at the core will give you enough uplink capacity to your edge switches and MXs. Would be a waste to deploy the MS425’s. All depends on budget and requirements…..
