Apple TV lost management profiles

Looks like a bunch of our Apple TVs lost their management profiles due to a erroneous geo caching issue.  I took the geo caching tag off the devices but they are still showing as not having connecting and will not check in manually.  When I look at the actual Apple TV, the profiles are still there but they do not appear in Meraki.  Any way to fix this over their air without connecting to Apple Configurator 2?

Also, devices are not currently showing up as Geo Cached and there was no geocaching set up for this network (might have been one in the past)...

Also, it looks like these older Apple TV devices did not go through DEP - I think that was added more recently for Apple TV.
