Small vent WAN interface control

Can someone tell me why after all these years I don't have full control over my WAN interfaces? It really should take support to be able to set my DNS servers on the WAN when the WAN is setup in DHCP, also why is it I can't disable IPV6 on the WAN if I don't want to use it? Just the first ask THIS time has taken me two phones calls and multiple days to get this simple ask.

This I honestly the ONLY router / firewall where I don't have these controls... I don't want to sound like old man fussing, but I don't want to keep calling support and wasting 20-60 minutes a pop for a simple feature I can control on a $70.00 TP-Link...
