Device End-of-Life (EoL) vMX

Just posting this here. Does anyone see EOL / EOS dates for vMXs? I looked in two orgs and neither had dates for my vMX100s.

Yes, the Cisco Meraki vMX100 has officially entered its end-of-life cycle.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

These are the replacement models.

Unfortunately, you have to delete the vMX100 and redeploy.

Is he probably refering to the new feature in the Inventory. I don't have vMX to confirm if the EOS/EOL dates are present for these SKUs

Sorry should have been a bit clearer in my post. the vMX100 is EOS and coming up on EOL, but the new Dashboard feature doesn't show either date for the vMX100.

Chances are that vMX's haven't been added to the new feature yet.

I would say the EOL documentation (linked in posts above) will remain the source of truth until/unless it's fully replaced by the dashboard feature

I suspect they have the dashboard linked to the Cisco Parts database that CCW-R uses and vMX100s are  not in there because they aren't hardware and weren't sold with individual serials. I suspect they never will be, although I'm sure the engineers could hardcode something so they show up.
