Interesting observation, I didn't know you could mark your own reply as a solution. That could throw a wrench in things if that can't be disabled. But I was most inclined to lean toward option 2. I think solutions are valuable. My mental frame of mind is the following: I give kudos to anyone that contributes useful or interesting feedback in a thread. I give a solution if it is a solid answer to a question that doesn't really require more discussion.

Could the TV's live on the guest network? Or maybe a separate network 'Guest TV' for just the TV's and guests that need to broadcast to them?

Are you using Chromecasts? If so, my chromecasts are hardwired and I had to make sure my wireless has access to the same network the chromecasts are on. Which is not the case for my guest network.

Right but later in the thread they talk about how you can't set an NTP server for the Meraki but you can for downstream stuff via DHCP possibly.

I created a similar thread to this not long ago. The MX will just limit to a little over its max capacity. I have a MX64 on a Gig burstable circuit and I only get between 250-300M. You probably don't need to restrict but it wouldn't be a bad idea to set the bandwidth on the traffic shaping page to the max the MX supports to err on the side of caution.

For that I would use a flow preference. Security Appliance>Traffic Shaping Flow Preferences Internet Traffic There you can set source or destination based rules to prefer a WAN connection. Then it'll only use the other if that WAN connection fails. If you want to get more fancy you can use performance classes on that same page to prefer whichever WAN connection has the lowest latency 😉

On that same page you can also hit the drop down arrow on the search box and put a number in the Vlan box to show all the ports in a given vlan.

1:1 would be a single WAN IP to a single LAN IP. 1:Many could be a single WAN IP to multiple different LAN IPs as long as they are different ports/protocols. Just keep in mind with two ISPs you may need to create NAT rules for each ISPs WAN IPs. Also if one of the ISP/circuits goes down it will likely interrupt a portion of your VOIP calls no matter what since those streams would be actively going across one of the circuits and will have to establish over the other circuit.

I've used it to limit YouTube traffic successfully. I haven't tried with Skype but it seems like that would be a good place to start. Many platforms will gobble up more traffic for HD streams when its available.

Yes you can just remove the old AP from the network then add the new one. You can also verify this by going to Organization>License Info. You'll see that your APs just show up as 'Wireless AP'. They aren't model number specific. Unlike switches and other stuff you'll see on that page.

Stupid question here but how does one go about setting up and using the No Nat feature. I assume it is something I'd use when the MX is in 'Network Address Translation (NAT)' mode or does it have to be in 'Passthrough' mode? Please advise. I'd like to do some testing on one of my lab MX64's to see if I can use this feature.

The devices work when connected to other access points on the same network (in the same building) just not one of them? Because the error would seem to indicate an 802.11 issue. You could make a temporary SSID with WPA2 to test and verify.

I was able to apply the 3.6 update and it didn't resolve the issue. With audio enabled it still had choppy recording and causes export issues.

I just checked one of mine to see if that is normal. Mine both show as powering on a MS350-48. Depending if this is in production you could try turning the switch off and reseating both power supplies or swapping them into each others slots to see what happens. Then power back on.
