There is one more little thing to consider. MFP (Management Frame Protection) is mandatory in WPA3. But if the client supports WPA3 it obviously also supports MFP.

If the traffic traverses the MX to a different VLAN, it will impact the performance as the MX will inspect the traffic. But it depends on the needed throughput f you will notice it.

Trying to achieve it that way is just asking for trouble. These two ways are proven to work: Move the server into a DMZ at the hub location. Place a reverse proxy in a DMZ at the hub to forward the request to the spoke.
