MX95 breaking network after firmware update from MX 17.10.2 to MX 18.107.2

We have a site that uses an MX95 and after 2 automatic update it has broken the network.

I'm a novice with Meraki's portal but one thing I've noticed is that under config it is says "Out of date (reverted to safe config)"

I'm not sure whether this has just happened since rolling back the firmware or whether this is the cause of the update issue.

Any ideas of whether this can affect the update and if not what could be causing it?

Every time when it seems to be an internal problem with the MX (and "reverted to safe config" implies that), it's better to directly open a support case.
