That is a typical page presented by a CDN inside of a provider that has been configured to only allow access to a providers IP address ranges - and it has been access outside of the provider.   This most frequently happens when you use DNS servers that are different to the providers DNS servers.  So lets say you are with ISP1, are using ISP1 DNS servers, and then change to ISP2 but don't update your DNS.  ISP1 will give out the IP addresses of the CDN node in their network - but you are now not allowed to access it,   ... Hey @brandsj,    I would say, if you can, take a few packet captures as well while you do it, they might give you an indication of what the access point is telling the PS4 to do (a pcap rather than just checking the output on the dashboard is preferable as it give you more details).    You could also try creating a new SSID with Open authentication and with minimum bitrate set to 1, then go to the Radio settings and create a new profile and disable client balancing. Here is an idea.   Create a new network cloned from the problem network.  Move all the devices from the original network to the new network.  If it works ok, delete the original network.   There must be a corruption in the statistics, and this should surely clean it out. ... View more
