N199 is down too, from the UK. I've also had warnings of Switches offline but the people onsite are confirming the network is fine.

Morning Everyone, Am I right in thinking that I cannot force a bulk iOS Update? I'd really like to make sure all our devices are up to date before we go into the Christmas break and despite many emails to my staff for them to update themselves they're just not doing it. All devices are supervised. I can push the update individually but I currently have over 70 devices that are out of date. That would take ages. Any ideas? Thanks Rich

Hi Guys, So I've just deployed our first iOS13 handsets, we've been Systems Manager customers for years and have many iOS settings on our devices. However, our default Wallpaper is not displaying on the devices. Just rebuilt an iOS12.4.1 device and it deploys the wallpapers fine but the iOS13 wont. Anyone else experienced this? Thanks Rich

Hi Guys, I need to be able to block the online version of WhatsApp for PC but allow the phones to continue to use the app. I have read lots on blocking ports but that doesn't appear to work well as other services use the same ports as WA. Anyone else managed to work around this? Thanks Rich

Hi There, We appear to be having an issue accessing certain websites, assuming it's Content Filter related however we're not getting the actual standard Content Filter warning page appear. So far its happening to a handful of websites, I cant work out where the common factor lies. Anyone else seen this before? The reference ID changes with every refresh.

It's a shame as something like this would be perfect for our CEO's house if it had a mesh option. Seems odd they offer an Outdoor alternative without the ability to chain off another device. If they cannot be seen in the main dashboard them I'm out!

So I was pitched these yesterday: https://www.softcat.com/campaigns/cisco-meraki-go/ Nothing about them on the Meraki website, they don't mesh with other AP's. Pricing is pretty good but I don't know anyone that's used one. They don't seem to offer loaners either. Anyone got one?

We have a very unusual case with one of our Networks when viewing all connected clients. In All mode it shows a list of MAC addresses and not the device names, the Usage counts are all over the place and not reflective of what I'd expect to see. If I filter the clients by Only Access Point or Only Switch Clients or Only Security Appliance I get correct figures and device names. I've had a ticket open about this for months and it hasn't been resolved. Keen to see if anyone else is experiencing this too?

Interestingly enough I had a similar issue, I've no idea what caused it but I wiped the PS4, installed the latest firmware and it worked fine from then on. No changes made to the network.
