@hellomeraki321 -    You are able to use any access point you'd like with the GX20 security gateway. The app may be calling out for you to scan a Meraki Go AP to create a network but you should be able to scan the gateway into your network, connect via ethernet, then use non-Meraki Go APs if desired by connecting to the GX20. ... @Titch -   The support flow for Meraki Go is a little different from the Meraki enterprise support but this is not the experience we want you to have with the products. I've sent you a DM in hopes of helping you troubleshoot the issues you're having with the GX20.    Are you able to provide any details around your setup? Are you connecting the GX20 to your ISP provided router? Is the GX20 not connecting to the cloud? Do you have any other Meraki Go devices in this deployment? @Stale_Myhre -   You are able to change the organization name from within the app.  Settings -> Your Account -> Edit Organization Name -> Save   Obviously some tasks will require you to be on-site or to be hands on with the hardware but the entire Meraki Go solution is 100% cloud managed so you should be able to config, manage, troubleshoot, and perform other functions remotely using the Meraki Go mobile app.   Let me know what other questions I can help with!   ...
