The best option is to whitelist your known DHCP servers which will block any others by default regardless of their IP. Go to Switches> DHCP servers & ARP, and configure as below entering the MACs of your DHCP servers where I have redacted mine:

The only way to do this in Meraki is with ACL's. That said, they're pretty simple to setup. Depending on what works best for your scenario you can apply them via SSID, Vlan, Group Policy. I've not tested with MR33's but they are Wifi 5 wave 2 AP's so they should support MQTT streaming. This doc is fairly helpful regarding config and the MQTT schema https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/Other_Topics/MR_MQTT_Data_Streaming

You don't normally port forward ports to phones. They should be able to work without that.

Nope. The gateway and the address I got are 100+ IPs appart. Connected a latop to it and it turned out to be /21 subnet.

You're right - the ports I was seeing was devices connected to a switch. Weird that it would be different between website and app.

I test it with multiple Meraki switches and one them had no connection to any other device.

Cheers for the reply I'm stuck with a vendor using TFTP right now as their device is only coded for TFTP (Quite old device) I'm going run a local TFTP server to get around this problem as it's only a one off problem for now.
