After a long fight with T-Mo I ended up with different gateway and that solved the problem. T-Mo Home Internet - if you have KDV21 gateway, there is a good likelihood that you'd end up in the same situation like myself. New gateway is from SagemCom. Thanks @KathleenJ for your help !

As has been mentioned after the license expires you have a 30-day grace period to renew your license with an authorized Meraki reseller. Go to here: It will give you a list of licences in use: You can add anything extra you want. And then send that to your favourite Cisco distributor and ask for a quote.

Yes, the MR can be plugged directly into a non-Meraki device. If you go this route, you will most likely need to purchase a PoE Injector.

@PJB We do as you are suggesting all the time. As @rwiesmann and @KathleenJ suggested only the WAN config on the MX might need attention when you move the equipment.

Hi Windows_Kid As someone suggested you could do this via API. Or if it's just a couple of RF Profiles take screenshots. Meraki currently does not offer a way to export this as a CSV file but you can always click on the bottom right corner on "Give your feedback". Kathleen

Which model AP is losing connectivity? The one's that are losing connectivity and reconnecting is at the same time or is it random?

I love CRC errors, mostly just kidding. But before Meraki I worked for a test equipment company. CRC errors as has been stated are almost always a cable issue. If you are using fiber instead of copper, then the probability of a bad cable increases greatly. To test if the issue is a cable or a port if possible, move the connection to a different switch port and see if the problem follows the port. If the issue follows the port then it's a cable issue. If the problem remains on the single port then you have a bad port. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey y'all, For your information, this is the reply from Meraki support: "We understand how feature like this can be helpful for network administration and our development team have recognized the need for them. For now, only Network Object are support however In the future, we will introduce additional categories such as Application, Ports and etc." Hope they will implement it as soon as possible. Thanks! hi @HL1 - done this a million times in the past when merging two Organisations. If i understand your requirement correctly: - You have your existing Meraki network/Organisation in your dashboard and you wish to ingest the other company in some shape or form? With regards the other company - does the network admin still exist within the company as they'll be needed to request the licence transferal (as they own the licences). Build out the new Network in your Organisation - if you're able to export all the existing configuration via API or if a small network just have both Networks open side by side and copy the configuration over. At a convenient time (outage allowed) unclaim the devices from the old Org and then import into your. Once complete reach out to Meraki support to have the old licences moved into your dashboard. This is allowed as i've done it a lot in the past.

Hi, The Meraki Go products do not require a separate license like traditional meraki equipment. You do have the option of purchasing a license for Cisco Umbrella which will give you additional security protection.
